The living space were big and spacious and the location was in the best street . Amazing coffee machine ( last Nespresso) and fridge with water machine and ice, very convenient !

Fabulous apartment in central location.

Fabulous apartment and very well equipped. Centrally located and although on a bustling street, it never intruded and all quiet by 11.00. Fabulous decor and perfect for four friends’ reunion.

We did struggle with entry first time, but a minor niggle in a lovely five night break.

All the doors of bathrooms and rooms are without locks. Despite complain, it was conveniently ignored.

The apartment was beautiful and large. Very clean and well decorated. This was perfect for a family

The property was amazing. My only complaint would be there is a late check in time. The weather was bad and we had 3 kids and luggage, so it wasn’t easy to wander around Nice until the unit was available. If we had a hotel we could at least drop off our luggage and relax in the lobby. But an apartment allowed us to do laundry, have separate rooms and spread out. So each option had pros and cons

Family stay

The apartment was very central, a short walking distance to most things. The large entrance hall was lovely. The living area was a large open plan with the sun in the morning on the small balcony for morning coffee. Starbucks is just downstairs. The bedrooms are well soundproofed. There were 2 showers and toilets. We had a difficulty with the door but received a prompt reply to my WhatsApp message and help within 30 minutes.

There is a TV in each room, none of which work unless you can log into your own Netflix. No other apps are installed, i.e., disney, Prime, etc. You can not cast from your phone or tablet. The door locking mechanism is tricky as you must remember to lock the door using the pin code each time you leave. The nonrefundable charge is not for the anxious person, but everyone arrived on time. The deposit of 1000 euro is ridiculous and is not clear until after you book. This charge can be made via an external service, but it would not accept my address, so I had to go to the office. This deposit is not back in my account today, Monday evening we left the apartment on Saturday morning. I would only use the apartment again if I had young children with me as I had this time.

Nice apartment.

Apartment door code given by agency didn't work. Agency wouldn't give us code for emergency key box so had to wait about an hour sitting in stairwell until someone came out to fix it. Also, on check out, agency messaged multiple times asking me to go visit them to return a key. I queried this given there was no apartment key but they insisted. I therefore walked to agency with the device to open the door to the whole apartment building. They then acknowledged they had made a mistake by confusing us with another customer. No apology given either on check in or check out.

Superb

The property was really great, luxurious, even the foyer was gigantic and very nice. The interior was great and most especially the location. It’s right on the strip and just a few feet from the boardwalk. The only reason I gave it a 9/10 is because of the wifi that’s very slow and the elevator going up can only accommodate 2-3 persons.

Whole apartment was absolutely fantastic. Had a great shower & comfortable beds everyone loved their rooms and everything in the apartment & views from the balcony. Excellent WiFi too we would all love to come back.

Glamourous large apartment in great area.

Fantastic large property right in the main shopping and eating centre. Huge lounge with kitchen. 4 large double bedroom including one with twin beds. All kitchen appliances including washing machine and dryer. All other things you would need are provided including hairdryers, straighteners, iron , some toiletries. Large cupboard in hall had things like sun bed cushions, sun cream and other things left by previous occupants.

1 en-suite shower and sink , 1 shared shower with sink and toilet , 1 separate toilet. Toilet and shower facilities not enough if there were 8 people in property. There were 5 of us and we often had to wait for toilets and showers. The single toilet is behind the front door in a cupboard and we didn’t discover it until 2 days into our holiday. Also be aware that a deposit of £100 euros is taken when picking up keys and at this moment in time - 2 days after checking out - the deposit is still sitting on my credit card. Entertainment centre in sitting room with tv. Tv only works on Netflix , Google wouldn’t work . None of the tvs in the bedrooms worked. We didn’t need them but if you do there are no instructions provided.

Amazingly beautiful apartment suitable for 8 people. The interior is really glorious, but make you feel cosy and comfortable. It is situated in the city centre on the main district. Beach is just a few minutes to walk.

La première chambre a droite de l'entrée, matelas creusé et pas de double vitrage. Manque clefs salle de bain et toilettes pour plus d'intimité. Manque capsule café pour notre arrivé. Et un peu froid dans la pièce principale.

Apartamentul este superb. Mai frumos ca in poze. Amplasarea este ideala, pe strada pietonala animata si plina de restaurante. Living foarte mare si foarte frumos decorat. Cafea foarte buna. O terasa mica, dar foarte pitoreasca unde sa iti bei cafeaua dimineata. Un apartament de exceptie unde, cu siguranta, vom mai reveni cu mult drag.
