A beautiful, luxurious building with a stunning ocean view—just cross the street to go for a swim at the beach! Located in the heart of the city and a 5-minute walk from the old town. There are two supermarkets for groceries and other shopping needs just 100 meters from the apartment. Facing the beach, along the Promenade des Anglais, you’ll find numerous restaurants and can choose between free public beaches and private beaches that alternate along the coast. The airport is just a 5- to 6-minute ride by taxi or Bus No. 23. Since the apartment runs north-south, the bedrooms are quiet, opening onto a courtyard and a cul-de-sac with no car traffic—and therefore no noise—and it’s very easy to circulate air throughout the apartment by creating a draft.There are no buildings directly across from the living room or balcony, and the high ceilings (about 3m) make the apartment very pleasant, especially given the generous size of all the rooms.All necessary linens are provided, and laundry service, as well as apartment cleaning, are included in the rental price. Wi-Fi is included and free, and if you’re missing anything, we’ll do our best to accommodate you! The building, constructed in the 1950s and located just a stone’s throw from the NEGRESCO Hotel—an iconic landmark of the Promenade des Anglais and the city of NICE—is luxurious and in perfect condition (renovated two years ago), featuring a beautiful, elegant entryway with marble flooring.
