Grate appartament, all recommendation...

Perfect location, in the center of Nice in a very beautiful street. Easy to access from airport and good starting point for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. Comfortable and clean apartament (number 6) with nice balcony, equipped with everything we needed for 3 days stay. Smooth check in and out. Highly recommend!

Pour dépanner ça passe, une nuit pas deux.

La proximité de la place Masséna et de la promenade des Anglais.

L’insonorisation du logement, la literie, aucune communication verbale avec l’hôte.

Pratique comme petit studio, pour une personne c'était bien pour quelques nuits à Nice.

Le balcon quand les voisins n'y étaient pas :-) Le matelas très agréable aussi.

La télé ne servait à rien, car le système ne fonctionnait pas. Le bruit des voisin·e·s de chambre quand ils étaient là (pendant le week-end). Un deuxième rouleau de papier toilette, pour quatre nuits, aurait été agréable.

La situation géographique, la fonctionnalité , studio très propre et cosy.

Une odeur de javel peu agréable. L’appartement est très propre mais je pense que une alternative moins irritante pour nos poumons est possible !

Sehr zentral, aber lässt zu wünschen übrig

sehr zentral, viele Shops / Cafes / Bars etc. in der Umgebung Sehr einfacher & unkomplizierter Check-In, auch obwohl ich erst nach 00 Uhr angekommen bin Recht klein, aber alles da, was man braucht Bett sehr gemütlich und die Größe perfekt für eine Person.

Aufzug scheinbar schon seit Wochen kaputt - kein Problem, wenn man es dann zumindest in der Beschreibung ändern würde. Habe mir erst vor kurzem den Fuß gebrochen & deshalb extra eine Unterkunft mit Aufzug gesucht… mir fiel es deshalb etwas schwer in den 5. Stock zu laufen. Schon als ich das Zimmer betrat, begrüßten mich viele Fliegen. Leider nicht ganz sauber - Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. wenige Abstellmöglichkeiten - sowohl für Taschen / Koffer als auch im Bad oder neben dem Bett (kein Nachttisch) Keine Steckdose in der Nähe vom Bett

-Schimmelbefall. Extremer Gestank in der gesamten Unterkunft. -Verstopfter Abfluss, Abwassergestank. -Der Gestank und der Schimmel hat starke Kopfschmerzen und ernsthafte Hautreaktionen ausgelöst. -Auf Nachrichten und Anrufe wurde zuerst nicht geantwortet. -Beim zweiten Anruf hiess es, man sei zur Zeit in unserem Appartment. Es wurde also ohne Informieren und Erlaubnis in unser Appartment hineingegangen. - Nach dem ungebetenen “Beheben“ des Abflussproblems stank es etwas weniger, dafür stand die Dusche nach 2 Minuten duschen unter Wasser da das Wasser kaum abfloss. - Statt die Probleme in Absprache mit dem Gast zu lösen, wurde ohne Erlaubnis ins Appartment gegangen. - Per Telefon wurde eine Reduktion des Preises versprochen. Per Nachricht wurde die Schuld für den unaushaltbaren und unter Umständen gefährlichen Schimmel/Abwasser auf uns Gäste geschoben und keine Entschädigung gewährt.

Sehr neue schöne Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar zentral gelegen und ca. 5 min vom Strand entfernt und ca. 15 min zum Bahnhof. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küche in der alles vorhanden ist, um für 2 Personen etwas Kleines zu kochen. Das Zimmer ist ganz neu gemacht und sehr sauber.

Die Beschreibung, um durch die Haupttüre ins Innere zu gelangen war etwas zu knapp und wir brauchten die Hilfe des Vermieters per Telefon, um ins Innere zu kommen, für das weitere Vorgehen war die erhaltene Beschreibung dann aber perfekt!
