Sweethome Massena

First of all this aparment is located really close to main place in Nice, so location is really well and also good base for whole Cote d'Azur. Apartment is located on 5th floor, but there's fortunatelly elevator ready to use. Room itself is really great, big, well-equipped and generally good place for 3-4 people.

I had a issue with electricity in my room about I wrote in Booking chat to owner, but there was no reaction. Finally it wasn't super big issue for me, but at least someone should ask about it from owner side. Also on weekend there's not always silence in room, because you're close to main square and a lot of restaurants in nearest area, but from one side this is minut, but on the other side you have a lot of possibilities.

Location was great. Easy access to a whole range of quality shops and restaurants. Beach is a short walk away. 10 minutes to walk to the Opera house. Easy access to tram network from airport or from the north of the city. Room was clean / good with some basic cooking facilities and a pod coffee machine. Great south facing balcony . Air con was good which was great given the heat outside. Generally very good value for all of the above reasons. Would use again.

Loo was wobbly and not well secured to the floor ! Top of fridge was grubby. It wasn't very clear how to get into the main building. We had to wait for someone else to gain access before we could get in. Probably just us not reading the instructions properly.
