La ubicación es excelente!! Y el apartamento esta cuidado, lindo baño.
Es muy ruidoso, los pisos de madera están hinchados y al caminar aunque sea despacio haces mucho ruido. El edificio esta descuidado y tiene olor a humedad, pero el apartamento esta muy bien.

Apparemment très bien situé dans le centre ville de Nice juste à côté de la place Masséna. Logement très spacieux. Et propriétaire très à l’écoute et réactif de toutes mes demandes en cas de besoin.

Прекрасное месторасположение. Центр города. 5 минут до моря.
Спальные места плохие. Особенно раскладной диван. Если там спишь, то как в гамаке. Пружины и и старый матрас продавлены. Для кофе и чая пришлось использовать металлические кружки. Для вина были старые пластиковые бокалы. Одна кастрюля на 5 литров. Мы варили яйца в железных кружках. Одна старая и грязная от жарки и жира сковорода. Фуууу! Не было моющих средств для людей. Об этом надо предупреждать.
