About this apartment rental
An entrance hallway leads off into two bedrooms left and right before opening out into the large, stylish open plan living/dining room.
The apartment is decorated beautifully in a modern style that complements the traditional Provençal style while giving it a contemporary edge.
LIVING AREA
This room is spacious and open plan encompassing a comfortable seating area with 2 large leather sofas, a 42' Smart HDMI LCD flat screen TV. A steel breakfast bar with 3 stools complements a large gas fired stove. There is also a nice dining table with comfortable chairs that seats 6 diners with ease.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is off the living area and is fully equipped. Included are dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster and electric kettle along with utensils, crockery, and glassware.
MAIN BEDROOM
This ensuite bedroom is home to a king sized bed. The ensuite bathroom includes a claw footed cast iron bath, heated towel rails, and a large shower.
SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is also features a king size bed, as well as a shower, vanity with sink, and plenty of hanging and drawer space.

The location was wonderful—right in the heart of Old Town Nice. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants/cafes, markets and shopping.
Apartment was spacious as described, especially the common living area and both bedrooms.
Note: It’s on the fifth floor (74 steps), which was manageable for us, even with suitcases, but might be considered challenging for some guests.
IMPORTANT: Be prepared for street noise in the alleyway below the master bedroom. Recycling of glass bottles done everyday in the wee hours of the morning—bring noise cancelling headphones to help mitigate this.

Very practical property in a great location. Large apartment for this area but photos are older. If you're looking to be in the old town, this is perfect, if you are looking for comfort or charm, this is not your place.

The location of this rental in Old Town Nice was everything! It was an easy walk to fantastic restaurants, the beach, and charming shops. Dermot was a fantastic host—very responsive via WhatsApp (though we had some trouble communicating through VRBO). He made check-in seamless, ensured we had all the necessary information, and answered all our questions.The only downside is the 75 stairs leading up to the apartment. If you're not in the best shape, it can be a challenge. But if you don’t mind the climb, this is a wonderful place to stay!

Central location though up five flights of stairs so be prepared. Good air conditioning, needed in the height of summer. Plenty places to eat and drink within a few yards of the front door.
Need to update the listing as Pool advertised yet there is no pool.
