If you like to be in center of nightlife and access to restaurants and shops, this is best possible location. The only late night food (good pizza) in Nice is literally 10 feet from your entrance. The apartment is roomy for two. Clean. AC worked well. Water pressure and temp very good. Owner very helpful and accommodating. Parking included is a big plus if you have a vehicle.

The room is on the third floor with somewhat uneven and marginally lit steps. Worked for us, but for some, you better be confident in your stair climbing ability and stamina. Very minor, but a recommendation would be to improve lighting in second bathroom (for woman applying makeup) and putting a queen size bed in at least one of the rooms. Double beds are a bit tight for two.

Séjour parfait au cœur du Vieux Nice pendant le carnaval ! J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet Airbnb idéalement situé en plein cœur du Vieux Nice, pendant la période du carnaval. L'emplacement était tout simplement parfait, à quelques pas des festivités et de toutes les commodités. L'appartement était charmant, propre et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'atmosphère chaleureuse et authentique du Vieux Nice. Je recommande vivement cet Airbnb à tous ceux qui souhaitent venir à Nice pendant le carnaval ou à tout autre moment de l'année. Un grand merci à l'hôte pour son accueil et sa gentillesse et sa solution pour le parking.

L'appartement est situé au 3ème étage d'un immeuble ancien sans ascenseur. L'escalier est assez raide et peut être difficile à monter pour les personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Il est important de le prendre en compte lors de la réservation.

Grat location. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms +living room with kitchen and all needed appliances. We were welcomed by very friendly Helene who gave us the keys and since we left very early we put them back in their post box. Very nice place for holidays.
