The property was as described in the pictures and well laid out. It was in an extremely good location and felt safe.

The smell of sewage from the bathroom was terrible. The cost of the listing also doesn’t include an extra deposit that is non refundable when checking in.

Good location. Easy check in. Near jean Medcine tram station. Great shopping area.

A negative is after paying with booking.com, they ask for high 1200 dollars sec deposit but they never furish an inventory items, that open for lots of gaps. It is small for being advertised as 2 bedrooms as the second bed in a small loft.

The location was perfect

Everything in the toilet wasn't great - the sink was blocked, the toilet seat was loose, the garbage can was rusted and disgusting, and the towels were dirty. We had to wash them even though we're not here to clean. There was also hair on the bedsheet which made my family a little bit angry, Also there was no Internet during all my stay. This apartment requires increased attention from the property management company. I wanted to share my disappointment with the service provided by booking.com. About a week before our non-refundable booking was supposed to start, I started getting a bunch of emails asking me to check in to the apartment. However, the link in the emails had been removed from the booking.com confirmation due to a phishing warning. Additionally, we were getting emails from the rental company with the check-in link, which made me hesitant to click on it. Since I was receiving so many emails, I decided to click on the link to see what was needed. The check-in link asked me to purchase a non-refundable insurance for 128 Euros or have 1200 Euros blocked on our account for the duration of our stay. This important information was not given to us when we made the booking, and I strongly believe that such details should be clearly communicated in advance by booking.com. At first, I thought it might be a scam, and just before boarding the plane, I got a notification that my booking was canceled because I hadn't blocked the required amount. Luckily, there was internet access on the plane, so I was able to block the necessary funds on my card and continue with my stay in the apartment.
