Great Location. Taxi rank right outside. So close to old town Nice.
We were staying on the top floor. There are a lot of steps. No lift.

Comfy mini studio in the heart of old Nice. Has all necessities for a weekend trip. Easy self check in with key box. Lively neighborhood and safe to walk around even at night. Walking distance to parking garage and train station.
It’s on 4th floor without elevator. Being a mini studio apartment, the space is tight but still comfy thanks to smart design that allow making the best use of the space
if you have many luggage or claustrophobic, this might not be the best option
