Location in Old Nice is excellent, right beside Place Rossetti. The apartment has AC which is great particularly as it was very hot when we were there. V useful having dishwasher and washing machine. Having two bathroom too was super particularly as we have two teenage boys in our group!
A little noisy at night in thd front bedroom but we expected this due to the location. There was an odour issue in one of bathrooms which we found annoying. We raised with the host and in fairness he did come and treat with chemicals one day.

We loved our stay here! A fantastic apartment right in the heart of the old town. The hosts were really helpful and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Picking up and dropping off the keys. Office is very far from the apartment. Apartment was dusty and no extra towels, toilet paper and no paper towels.
