Very convenient location, in the hear of everything

4 levels of stairs to get up to your room. Beds were quite low and not particularly comfortable

Fantastic central location in the heart of of Old Nice, multiple restaurants and bars on the doorstep in a modern, clean and well appointed property.

Picking up the keys from office 1 mile away was not the best, surely an electronic solution can be found. 4-5 light bulbs were out and those that had been changed were of a different colour. The shower trays need some attention.

Beautiful property and location

Decor and character was wonderful

The apartment is very modern, with lovely new bathrooms and a toilet. There is lots of cupboard space and an aircon that works very well.

Taking our 6 bags up and down the 3 big flights of stairs was not fun. We also had to collect our keys at an entirely different venue which cost us extra for our taxi and then we were made to pay double the security deposit advertised on the property. When we got into the apartment there were still dishes in the dishwasher and some of the plates and cutlery in the cupboards were not clean. As a whole the apartment didn't feel cosy and warm for a family but rather designed to accommodate young traveller's and was a little too dark for us. The TV couch was very uncomfortable and the TV remote (which was broken) was difficult to operate.
