Location. Everything worked
No smoke alarm The AC is under powered will not be able to handle the hotter summer weather. You could move the vent inside the chimney and facing up and that would help.

L'appartement a un atout essentiel : sa situation dans Nice qui est parfaite pour découvrir la ville à pied. Il est proche de tout, marchés, colline du château, port, promenade des Anglais, coulée verte, commerces, restaurants... C'est vraiment très confortable. Il est par ailleurs spacieux et présente globalement un bon rapport qualité-prix dans une ville où les logements touristiques se louent chers.
Il est vrai, comme le disent d'autres commentaires, que l'appartement est situé dans une rue bruyante. C'est le revers de la médaille de sa localisation centrale. Mais avec des boules quies, cela n'a pas gêné notre sommeil ni celui de notre bébé. Le logement est aussi un peu "dans son jus", quelques petits rafraîchissements seraient nécessaires sans que cela ne pose particulièrement de problèmes.

Autóval közvetlenül nem megközelíthető, nagyobb poggyász esetén hosszabb gyalogos megközelítés, plusz fel a 3. emeletre lift nélkül. Éjszaka nagyon zajos hajnalig, mivel alatta vendéglátó hely van. A szállásadó kommunikációja korlátozott az angol nyelvtudás és az elérhetőség tekintetében (pl. a megadott telefonszámon nem volt elérhető).
