Excellent location and nice old style apartment

Excelent location, 170meters to the beach, near de Le Chateu and promenade. Beautiful old, classic apartment in a renaissance building. Spacious, almoat all the necessary accessories were there. We had some coffee left for us. Comfortable beds.

Some of the interior parts of the kitchen would need a deeper cleaning (like inside of the shelves etc). Can get loud at night as there are bars just below.

Not for everyone. Trust the reviews!

Superb location. Quaint apartment with all sorts of interesting features. ( check out the slopes of the floors... its like walking on an undulating ocean!) The " host" met us at the arranged time and promptly carried two of our suitcases up the 4 floors for us.

While it is great to hear the constant sounds of mirth and merriment from the streets below (everyone seems happy here) it does wear you down after midnight. Too hot on summer nights. There's just a couple of fans but no form of "airconditioning". The apartment needs some basic upkeep.. e.g., shower needs plumbing, loose floor tiles, door handles falling off, and proper curtains in the bedrooms would be low cost solutions that would improve the quality of the stay quite a bit. The owners dont live in the neighbourood and have never bothered to find out exactly how to get to the apartment from Nice Ville station but that's all part of the experience!

Conveniently located in the heart of old town

The property was spacious with fully equipped kitchen, heating was on which kept us warm after our day outs in the rain.

Everything was great except that the advert didn’t mention that it is on the 3rd floor and because it’s in old town there was no lift. We had a pram and busy toddler to carry those floors. It wasn’t that much painful but definitely would have planned better if we knew in advance.

Antique apartment in the center of the old town

The location was great, right in the old town of Nice, 300m from the beach and promenade. The apartment is huge, which is very good if you come with a group of friends. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Crockery, plates, escajg, pans... The towels for the bathroom were clean, as were the bed linen.

Apart from the fact that the person who gave us the keys did not speak English at all, the apartment was not cleaned before we got there. If you go barefoot or in socks, your feet will be dirty. There were no cleaning products anywhere. There were three of us, and we were left with one roll of toilet paper for 4 days. A pack of 4 rolls costs 5e. Also, there were no capsules for the coffee machine (nor did it say which ones are used). A half-empty bottle of someone else's water was left in the fridge. Gas lighter (for gas hobs) used, match nowhere. All in all, if only it was clean and more paper, it would be okay. It seemed like someone (other guests) had left the apartment 5 minutes before us.

La surface de l’appartement, bien équipé,

Sa situation au dessus d’un bar, hyper bruyant jusqu'à 3h du matin donc difficile de se reposer, au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, problématique avec des bagages Revoir la vaisselle disparatre , sale obligée de laver avant usage Revoir la propreté des placards sous le four et la plaque de cuisson De plus à notre arrivée, avons attendu 2h avant d’avoir les clés Douche hyper glissante

Lokasi dekat area wisata, pantai, restoran. Fasilitas apartemen komplit. Ukuran Apartemen juga cukup besar untuk kami. Jumlah kami 6 orang. Host juga ramah.

Tidak tersedia Lift. Apabila Anda bepergian dengan koper besar atau orang tua, sebaiknya pertimbangkan dalam menyewa apartemen ini. Kami mendapat di lantai 3 dan setiap kami membawa 1 koper besar ukuran 28 inch dan 1 koper 18 inch. Dan ini sangat melelahkan karena harus membawa 2 koper ke lantai 3.

Teljesen belvárosi elhelyezkedés, zsongó hangulat.

Autóval közvetlenül nem megközelíthető, nagyobb poggyász esetén hosszabb gyalogos megközelítés, plusz fel a 3. emeletre lift nélkül. Éjszaka nagyon zajos hajnalig, mivel alatta vendéglátó hely van. A szállásadó kommunikációja korlátozott az angol nyelvtudás és az elérhetőség tekintetében (pl. a megadott telefonszámon nem volt elérhető).

Bellissimo appartamento in una bellissima città

Appartamento molto grande e fornito di tutto ciò che serve (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno e forno a micro onde, macchina del caffè,...) nel centro della città vecchia di Nizza e a due passi dal mare. Comodo per sei persone (avendo anche un secondo bagno).

Super central. Ótimo ponto de partida para conhecer a cidade! Apartamento grande e com todas as comodidades! Tem aquecimento central. Casa sempre quentinha! Recomendo

Não tinha reparado que ficava num 4°andar sem elevador. Estávamos sem mala de porão por isso foi tranquilo. Ter em conta por ser no centro velho da cidade, ouvem-se barulhos de rua até à meia-noite, o que é normal.

Taille du logement. Bien equipe. Au coeur du vieux Nice.

Canape lit avec un drap housse seulement et matelas pas confortable. Des lampes de chevet mais pas de prise dans une chambre. Attention appartement avec escaliers pour y acceder (6). Tres bruyant surtout la nuit du fait de nombreux bars et restaurants
