Beautiful central apartment NICE CIMIEZ SEA NEW

thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The flat is exceptionally spacious, comfortable and ideally situated. Just next to Place Garibaldi, it is within easy walking distance of Nice Old Town, local shops, restaurants and the Promenade. Public transport connections are superb, and getting to Nice-Ville station for our day trips to Cannes, Antibes and Monaco was very straightforward. Despite the central setting, the flat is away from the main roads, making it pleasantly quiet and peaceful. The three bedrooms are generously sized and each has a double bed, providing plenty of room for a large family or a group of up to six people. The new kitchen is very well equipped, while the number of bathrooms makes sharing particularly convenient. Having both a washing machine and tumble dryer was also a real bonus. The interior has plenty of individuality, with an eclectic and rather copious collection of pictures and decorative pieces throughout.

Air conditioning is provided in the main living area and two of the bedrooms. Our only suggestion would be to add a unit to the third bedroom, particularly for the hotter summer months.

Very comfortable and beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Nice! This apartment was a rare find, very spacious, comfortable, and truly in the center of everything. We stayed with our family and my parents, and there was plenty of room for everyone. It has a large living room, three spacious bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and great air conditioning, which made it perfect for a family stay. The apartment was very well equipped, and our host was wonderful and provided everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge plus and something that can be difficult to find in Europe. The location couldn’t have been better. The beach and Old Town are only a few minutes away, public transportation is very close, and there is even a grocery store right outside the building. We had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment, especially for families or larger groups. We were so happy we found it!

Nothing, everything was great
