Well furbished, nice looking, comfortable.
600 eur cash deposit! We had to wait 15-20 min to get and give back the key even though we ageed on the tike. Just one key for 7 persons. One conditioning did not work and big noise at night from water boiler.

C’est un endroit propre moderne dans le centre avec presque tout à proximité
J’ai bien aimé et je me suis senti comme à la maison .
Qques meubles restent un peu vieillots dans 2 chambres moins grandes
Le côté vieillot un peu délaissé des meubles des 2 autres chambres qui contrastent avec le séjour moderne et la chambre ( suite) plutôt classique

La ubicación es muy buena y permite moverse fácilmente por Niza.
El precio nos pareció demasiado elevado para la calidad del alojamiento. La caldera se paraba cada vez que utilizábamos la bañera, los aires acondicionados funcionaban de forma bastante irregular y las camas eran muy duras e incómodas. Además, no había almohadas como tal, sino cojines, lo que hacía todavía más incómodo el descanso.
