Very pleasant stay and in a great position to walk to restaurants, port of niece and the old town

This apartment offers great access to local restaurants, old town of niece, train station all within walking distance.

Overall was a super apartment-great location and well equipped kitchen. Very clean and comfy

beds were hard, could have had more covers, barely any dish soap for sink. Couch had seen better days.

Awesome location, bedrooms are not great

The location is awesome and the public area in the apartment are very nice

Out of the 4 bedrooms, 3 are very very small. One of them is just a hallway sealed off with a glass wall. The "master" bedroom is very small and the bathroom, sink and shower in it (sink and shower are literally in the room) are tiny. Think about airplane toilets - that's the size more or less

Fantastic!

Fantastic apartment. I would rate a 9.5 but rounding up to a 10. Great location near old town and Castle Hill, along with a nearby train station. Clean, HUGE, and a great AC in the main room for when it gets hot. We are a family of 8 and easily fit. Olivier is a great host as well.

To be perfect it would have one more shower and an AC for back bedrooms.

Spacious apartment next to Port Lympia.

Spacious apartment in a great, safe location. The apartment was clean and check in was easy.

One of the showers is in a bedroom with no ventilation. The other toilet is in a tiny room with no sink. The hand soaps were just filled with water and no basic toiletries such as shower gel were provided. One of the bedrooms did not have a window. More towels could have been provided also - only one per person for a 5 day stay.

Amazing location, metres from the port and tram stop, fantastic for our party of 6, very spacious! Clean, comfortable with everything we needed….. The host was very communicative and helpful….

Need to know-6 flights of stairs, 3 stories…. We knew so not an issue.

Good location for a few days

Very communicative host; Sabrine was able to help quickly with any request. Very spacious living room and balcony and had all amenities. Bedrooms were large.

Only one standup shower that was small and inside a bedroom. Received some electrical shocks from water. Very small bathroom. One bedroom was not really private. 3 flights of stairs can get annoying with luggage.

It was a nice place and close to beaches and siteseeing.

The location was great. There were a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance and also close to shopping near the square. The harbor was right outside our door which was nice. The apartment was very spacious for 8 women and nicely decorated.

It was extremely hot in our apartment as it was July and it only had one small air conditioner in the living room and only a couple of fans to move the air. Also, we are older women and there are many steps up to the apartment on the third floor.

Not in line with expectations and photos

Location

One bathroom is really tiny (inside a room) and the second one has got the wc in the dining room. The apartment was not fully clean. There is no lift and the apartment is on the third floor. No parking space and I paid 45€ to park the car for one night.

Had a great time and could have stayed longer. We would rent this ubit again.

The location was great, near the port, close to the beach and oldtown. Public transportation was easy to catch and the bus to Monaco was close by. There was a lot of room for family members to spread out, perfect for our group of 3 women and 3 teenagers. There were bakeries and restuarants near by and once the road construction on Rue Cassini is done, it will be a nice walking area. The teenagers loved the small balcony.

The four flights up and down the stairs were a little taxing for my 72 years especially with suitcases but doable. There was not a lot of ventilation in the apartment but fans in every bedroom were a great help. The front door was difficult to open, but once Sabine showed us how to use it, it was easier. Having the toilet at the entry was a little strange, especially in the middle of the night. It was quite a ways away from the bedrooms.

Not the owners fault but there are road works going on right outside the property during our stay. Good sound proofing in windows though.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed and the hosts were wonderful to work with. Very close to the port and old town Nice. Highly recommend!

The bathroom shower was small and one toilet was in one of the bedrooms. Lots of stairs to get to the apartment (no elevator).

Superb

We had a fabulous time at Port de Nice. Very spacious apartment with fantastic air conditioning, my kids were actually cold for the first time all summer! Location is excellent, right beside Port Lympia tram station (so an easy tram in from the airport) and very walkable to most everything in the Old Town. Apartment was very well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils etc so very easy to self cater. Sabrine is a super responsive host and it was very easy to check in and check out etc… Overall a great experience!! Thank you Sabrine!

Amazing stay in Nice

Everything was perfect! The location is the best! All the rooms are so comfortable! Next to the apartment is a supermarket, and downstairs are boulangeries. Restaurants are close, public transportation is 1 minute or 3 minutes away.. the beach is 7 minutes away (walking). the kitchen has everything you need! so, basically, it was the best for us!

Perfect few days getaway!

Lovely interaction with Sabine, very quick replying to any questions and very accomodating on our last day, let us stay in the apartment until we left for a later flight, apartment was perfect for us group of girls, 4 lovely bedrooms, 1 en suite with shower, 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet, large living/dining area + kitchen, and in a perfect spot for exploring, on foot or catching the open top bus or getting anywhere by tram!!! Fab 4 days🙂
