"L'Or Bleu" exclusive location and beautiful apartment next to Promenade

Amazing location, clean and spacious. Air conditioning was great too, which was welcome in the heat. Nico was brilliant throughout, really communicative and thorough instructions. A wonderful stay and would really recommend!

Great location and a lovely place to stay. The marina was a real highlight, and having everything so close by made the stay very convenient. Overall, a great location and a really enjoyable place.

The apartment is in a very central location. You can walk to old town Nice. It is just minutes away from a lot of restaurants and shopping places. Every morning my husband and daughter would get a fresh baguette from the boulangerie around the corner for a wonderful breakfast at home. We walked everywhere from the apartment. It is right across the beach with easy beach access to either the free public beaches or several paid beach clubs. The apartment itself is very spacious, elegant, sunny and super clean. It is an older building with high ceilings and minimalist modern furniture. Very chic and French! You have everything you need including beach towels. Nico, our host was always available to text and super quick to help. He gave clear instructions and easy to follow text messages with pictures. Nico gave us wonderful tips where to go and eat like a local. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return and stay here again.

The second twin bed is on a loft and the space and mattress is a little tight. It is more appropriate for a toddler or younger aged kid but not an adult or taller teenager. The apartment has a queen sized additional sleeper couch which was very spacious and comfortable for my tall teenager.
