"L'Or Bleu" exclusive location and beautiful apartment next to Promenade

Loved the location in the Old Town. Very clean, lots of living space, good kitchen and bathroom.

For a group of 6, the fold out sofa blocked access through one room and the single bed up top in a confined space. All comfortable and clean but could be better reflected on property photos.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in Nice with our friends and couldn’t have asked for a better apartment or location. The apartment was right in the heart of Nice, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The tram line was also very close by, and it was easy to get Ubers whenever we needed them. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being so central, and it was perfect for the five of us. Towels were provided, which was a lovely added touch. The owner was also fantastic. Communication was quick and friendly, and when we had a small issue with the lights tripping, he responded straight away and helped us get it sorted. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Bien ubicado, muy limpio, muy bien equipado

Amazing location, clean and spacious. Air conditioning was great too, which was welcome in the heat. Nico was brilliant throughout, really communicative and thorough instructions. A wonderful stay and would really recommend!
