Location is perfect, close to the water, has a grocery store near by. About 12 min walk from train station or if coming from Nice airport you can take the tram to the city center and it’s a short 6 min walk to the place. Place looks just like the pictures. They provide laundry detergent and some dishwasher soap. Owner is quick to reply if you have any questions.
