Good bolt hole for exploring Nice. Excellent location for the beach, bars and restaurants of the Old Town. 15 minute walk to the station with easy access to trains along the Cote D’Azur.

Apartment has good range of facilities though creature comforts were basic. The apartment served its purpose as a sleep over bolt hole due to its central location. We didn’t use the mezzanine level bedroom as there was only 2 of us, though only practical for children due to low headroom restriction, but be careful with staircase up to level with children. Noisy overnight with restaurants directly below bedroom window and opposite on the adjacent side of street provided late night atmosphere with music and singing going on into the early hours every night.

The central location

The mezzanine isn’t high enough for an adult to stand up straight. No kettle, no corkscrew, some sockets didn’t work, different levels on the floor were lethal.
