Great property near the airport

Great property near the airport. Parking is limited but I got lucky and found 1 spot the night before my flight. Very spacious and newly renovated with lots of clean towels. Uber eats delivers up to your floor so that was awesome.

The elevator broke once but no big deal.

Perfect apartment ideally situated in Nice. Amazing value.

We booked last minute in July 2025 for a family of 7. The apartment was spotlessly clean and slept 7 of us easily. Location is great, just 5 mins walk from the beach and with shops and a great patisserie even closer. Cheaper for us than even the most basic of available hotels. We were just sorry we couldn't stay longer. Host was brilliant and answered all our questions quickly and was very flexible despite the last minute booking.

Appartamento bello con vista sul mare. Alcuni dettagli da migliorare

Appartamento spazioso e ben strutturato. Cucina attrezzata. Bella terrazza. Molto silenzioso nonostante l’aeroporto molto vicino.

L’esterno del palazzo non è molto ben tenuto e la difficoltà nel parcheggiare ( se si gira un po’ però si trova relativamente vicino). Pulizia da migliorare (abbiamo trovato un’unghia finta rotta sul comodino appena arrivati).
