A lovely apartment for Nice

The host was very friendly & accommodating. the location is perfect for exploring Nice Old Town, local attractions and access to public transport. The apartment is large, spacious and has a terrace for al fresco eating & relaxing.

The air con was not strong enough for the weather (mid 20c’s) so it was a bit warm. A couple of the beds had thin mattresses. Broken shower door and missing door for en-suite bathroom.

Spacious and clean

Beautiful apartment, very spacious. Excellent location, just a short walk into Old Town and then a little further to the beach. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Kitchen was also clean, but there weren't that many supplies (we couldn't find a cutting board). Overall fantastic, modern and clean apartment, great for a big group trip.

The perfect stay

Apartment was very clean and the host was exceptionally receptive and flexible. The apartment was in the perfect location for us and had a lovely terrace we could access as well as big windows/doors in every room to have fresh air. Kitchen was fully fitted - I was really surprised and impressed. Photos don't do it justice.

Just that we were very conscious of noise with neighbours - quite hard to be relatively quiet when you're a large group. It's a great apartment if you're out of the house a lot. But not great if you intend on being in the house for hours

Location is great, very safe and convenient! We traveled in a group of 8 friends, but apartment was spacious enough, comfortable with everything we needed. The terrace is divine and we have spent all the time there.

It’s a scam and trashy apartment, avoid it!

Stay away from this trash bin!!! Don’t be fooled by the photos and descriptions of the property. it’s an apartment in a building used by a dental clinic and offices on a busy and noisy street. No parking within several blocks. The apartment was old with no AC working, old and sparsely furnished, filthy linens, bathroom has no door ( no privacy!), washing machine and dishwasher are dirty and have mold. complained to Booking.com but they are useless as they try to deny responsibility for the listing. A legal claim is pending against them as the agent for the listing.

Nice large flat, very good location with direct access to tram lines to airport as well as center. beach is 10 min walk. the terrace is great.proper kitchen.

there is only Air con in living room and 2 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are without AC, so we slept in living room.

Very helpful host, apartment very clean.

The air conditioning was not working and it was very hot when we were there so we had to leave the windows open and it was very noisy, particularly the noise of the tram.

Super friendly and very helpful host, really the best, thanks. Big and spacious apartment, big outside balcony were 10 people can eat breakfast, big bedrooms, wi-fi 100%, huge living room, location is perfect. Would stay here again!

AC wasn’t really working. If you are looking for a quiet place this isn’t it, you are right in the center of busy Nice with traffic and noice, but this is what we liked so that was a positive thing :-)

We all really enjoyed our stay & would definitely book Florence’s apartment again.

The rooms are spacious and airy. Spotless. All 4 rooms had large very comfortable beds which suited our grown up family. The large bathroom with shower & the additional shower room & separate toilet meant there were no queues to get ready to go out & explore the immediate area. Place Garibaldi 2 minutes away L with its wide range of eating places & shops also had an outdoor photographic exhibition. The lift was great for those of us with slight mobility issues. The outdoor terrace was a cool place to sit. The tram runs in the street below with buses & taxis close to hand. The Old Town & Promenade des Anglais are within comfortable strolling distance. Florence our host was quick to respond to our messages. Journey time by Booking.com’s pre booked return cars were prompt. Journey time to & from airport took less than 30 minutes door to door.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is spacious and great located to visit Nice or the surroundings. It’s really closed to the main atractions and good restaurants. The host was really friendly and she also offered us more time for check out.

This appartment was absolutely amazing! Our host was super sweet and accomodating, the apartment was such good value for money. Great location with walking distance everywhere, The facilities where great, the bedrooms were so nice and clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. AND a big balcony! We will definatly return!

Not a big deal, but it seemed like the last guests did not wash the dishes properly so they where dirty, but the kitchen has a washing machine, so this was easily fixed. :)

Leiligheten er ganske slitt, noe som ikke fremkommer på bildene. Aircondition som ikke virker. Dette er påpekt av flere og har ikke blitt fikset. Leiligheten var ikke rengjort skikkelig. Støv og dritt i flere rom. Baderom må pusses opp. Mugg på veggene På det ene baderommet var dusjvegg ødelagt - det var heller ikke dør inn til bad Balkong med god størrelse, men her burde boss blitt fjernet. Den var også full av andre ting som ikke hører hjemme på terrassen. Pappkartonger, etc Burde vært vasket
