La situation géographique de l'appartement. Proche mer, commerces, transports et conciergerie. La conciergerie est très réactive, le dépose bagages est un vrai plus.
L'appartement mérite un coup de frais et de modernité. La climatisation serait grandement appréciée.

Amplasarea este foarte bună, strada este liniştită şi aproape de Promenadă şi de terase drăguţe unde se poate lua masa, există şi o parcare în zonă. Foarte aproape este şi un magazin de unde se poate face aprovizionarea, iar bucătăria este bine utilată. Întrucât am călătorit în februarie apartamentul a fost bine încălzit.
Încă de la sosire una din scurgerile de la una din băi era înfundată, iar acest lucru nu s-a rezolvat nici după ce am luat legătura cu administratorul proprietăţii.

Beliggenheden var god. To små altaner, så man kunne sidde i døråbningen.
Det ene soveværelse var meget småt kunne dårligt nok komme rundt om sengen. Dårlige natlamper. Skulle hente nøgler i en boks på en anden adresse. Det er først når du har bestilt lejligheden gennem booking.com at du ser alle betingelserne fra det udlejningsfirma som administrerer udlejningen. Havde jeg vidst det havde jeg aldrig lejet en lejlighed. Synes iøvrigt at booking.com burde oplyse hvordan betingelserne er, det står der intet om inden bookingen.
