This was a perfect location for walking to the Niceville train station. It was close to restaurants, the grocery store, pharmacy.

Коли вмикаєш декілька приладів електро вимикається світло. Але у коридорі є рубильник і можно ввімкнути . Це не викликало сильних не зручностей.у всьому іншому все добре

Great location, near the beach, old town and train station. A lot of stores available, you have literally everything just minutes away. The hosts were very prompt in answering our questions. The apartment was very cozy, spacious and tastefully designed.

The street is very busy, and the noise level is quite high (being on the first floor), which can be unpleasant, especially at night when you’re trying to rest. Another inconvenience was the fact that we had only two towels for two people over the course of five days, which was unpleasant for us because we couldn’t bring our own towels in our luggage, as we traveled by plane. Another issue was the toilet, which got clogged after flushing toilet paper. There are many signs warning you not to throw anything else in the toilet besides toilet paper (which is absolutely normal). However, the problem was that the toilet became completely clogged even when flushing just toilet paper, rendering it unusable. That being said, the hosts responded quickly and resolved the issue. I would like to take this opportunity to point out that the toilet seems to have a technical problem (I don’t believe it’s solely due to guests throwing inappropriate items into it).

地理位置优越，空调是大金的制冷效果非常好，房间设施齐全布置温馨舒适，房东提供了一切的厨房设备和调味，真的太友好了，出门走一分钟有二家超市，走400米左右有一家全法最好吃的面包店可颂特别推荐，下次来尼斯还要选择这一家，因为去海边、去火车站都很方便。

无需改进，已经很完善了
