Presque tout! C’est joliment décoré, il a beaucoup de petits équipements en plus pour rajouter au confort! Literie top! L’emplacement est top aussi et le propriétaire a réussi à optimiser chaque recoin. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut dans cet appartement. Les instructions de Julien et la communication étaient exceptionnelles! Il a répondu à toutes nos questions avant notre arrivée et a su nous rassurer!

Superficie un peu petite mais on s’y attendait. Nous étions 4 (3 adultes et 1 ado). Après c’est tellement jolie et confortable et également très bien placé que pour nos 2 nuits ça a été tout de même top!

Sok helyen voltam már és rengeteg szálláson fordultam meg, de ennyire felszerelt apartmannal még sosem találkoztam. Hajvasalótól elkezdve itt tényleg minden van a teljesen felszerelt konyháig. Tökéletes helyen van, mindenhez közel. A szállásadó pedig nagyon kedves, mindenben azonnal rendelkezésre állt, innen is sok sok ölelést küldök neki.

Deposit fizetése kötelező, amivel nem is lenne gond, de szerintem ennek nem az egyéb fontos információknál a helye, a kutya nem vihető és a bulik tartása tilos fejezetek között, mert ez annál fontosabb feltétele a foglalásnak. Szerintem a főoldalon található leírásban kellene feltüntetni. Én személy szerint elsiklottam ezen részlet felett es nem esett annyira jól indulás előtt egy nappal megtudni, hogy 300 €-val rövidebb leszek a nyaraláson.

It is in an excellent location in old Nice and surprisingly quiet. It is very close to the tramway so it is very easy to travel to and from the airport without changing lines if you take blue line 2. It was well supplied and fitted out in terms of kitchen and other facilities/equipment. The host, Julien, was extremely helpful. It was very good to have a lift so we didn’t have to drag cases up 2 flights of stairs.

These are not so much criticisms as things to consider. First, as is clear in the property details, it is very small. I would say that it is best suited to a couple who can use the main bedroom. The sofa bed is comfortable but, although the bed on the mezzanine is also comfortable, you can only access it via steep stairs and not even a child can stand upright. Second there is no lighting in the corridor that contains the front door so you need a torch or to use the light on a mobile phone, even in daytime. Third, if you do not have a credit card issued in the EU or UK you probably will be unable to provide the security deposit. My Australian Visa card had no block by my bank and the prepayment went through as normal until the last section when it kept buffering and could not be finalised. I had to ask a UK friend to use his card. I have had this problem with other European payment systems for SNCF and the Naples Pass and cannot pay unless I can select PayPal, which is not an option for the pre-authorisation at Chic Industrial.
