Posizione straordinaria, vicinissima a metro, tram e fermata dell’autobus: a piedi si raggiunge comodamente tutto il centro di Nizza. Casa molto grande e luminosa, con arredamento moderno e curato. Ottima pulizia e presenza di elettrodomestici efficienti e ben funzionanti. Bene kit di cortesia per cucina, con caffè. Bene presenza due bagni.
Alcuni elementi come pentole, cuscini e disposizione delle docce potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Emplacement idéal, très spacieux pour une famille nombreuse et salon lumineux.
Petit bonus, borne de recharge juste devant l’entrée et super restaurant juste à côté : l’Uzine.
J’y retournerais sans hésitation.

Location was close to public transport and close to the beach front which made it accessible.

The showers were very bad, you couldn’t use both of them at the same time due to no water pressure and inconsistent temperature.
Not enough towels
No seats for the balcony
No lift - hard to take luggage up and down the stairs (not disable friendly)
