The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was convenient; our walk to the old town and the coastline took about 20 minutes. We found some very nice cafes nearby.
We were happy to have parking available on-site because we hired a car for our trip. That said, access to the underground parking space was very tight and a less-confident driver (or one with a larger vehicle than we had) could have a difficult time getting in and out.

It's a modern spacious apartment with parking underneath the building. There's everything you would need. It's fairly easy to walk to the port or the historic district. The public transport nearby is good.
I didn't like the fact that we only received instructions for entering the property one hour before the start of the rental. I understand why, but in other rentals we received a message telling us exactly when our instructions/codes would arrive, alleviating any uncertainty.

Tres propre, lits confortables, central et près des transits. Bon service et facile d’accès.
Pas d’air climatisé bien que plusieurs ventilateurs (nous y étions à la canicule). Un avertissement sur le fonctionnement de la serrure aurait été souhaité, il faut une séquence de tours de clés et aucune capacité d’ouvrir la porte fermée par l’intérieur.
