Fantastic location. Close to the beautiful port, restaurants, walk ways, trams, bicycles. Walking distance to everything.

Très bien situé ; proche de tout (plage ; port; vieux Nice et commerces comme épiceries ; pharmacie et restos) . Équipement suffisant pour cuisiner . 2 balcons ce qui est interessant Hôte disponible
Le lit principal était trop dur. Il n’y a pas de climatisation dans la petite chambre Hotte de cuisine +/- fonctionnelle mais tout le reste était parfait

La proximité avec l'appartement de mon fils qui vie dans ce quartier. Ainsi nous n'avons pas perdu de temps pour nous rejoindre.
Les sols etaient sales. Aprés avoir deambulé pendant 10mn en chaussettes dans l'appartement nous avons consataté vue l'etat de nos chaussettes qu'il fallait nettoyer les sols. C'est dommage car la loueuse fait des efforts pour que son appartement soit bien. Il etait installé dans le canapé lit une couette pour un lit simple. Risible quand la couette vous arrive au nombril ou que vos jambes ne sont pas bien au chaud.
