Très bien positionné, au centre de vieux nice avec un stationnement payant à 5 minutes à pieds

Les pièces étaient petites mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé car pour y passer la nuit c’était bien et nous visitions la journée

If you are looking for the apartment at the heart of Nice, the one is for you. It is not a new, modern building, but it is located at the Old Town with all shops, bakeries, restaurants, playground and most of Nice "must see" places in the walking distance. Contact with host is very easy and the check-in and check-out instructions are very clear. Big plus for flexible check-in/out time and no deposit. Apartment is equipped with all you need for your stay (iron, hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, laundry caps and caps for washing machine, towels and additional beach towels). Beds are comfortable, and the apartment is clean. All facilities in the kitchen work without any problem. The apartment is quite dark, but it is normal if you decide to live in the Old Town area. In general, everything was great and I truly recommend Vieux Nice, thank you Kris for all your help!

Small minus for a strange smell from the patio when you open windows, but it is actually not a problem with the apartment. One tip - more hangers for towels in bathroom would be appreciated.

Много добра и безпроблемна комуникация с домакина. Разположението в стария град беше много добро, близо до крайбрежната алея,магазинчета и ресторанти. Имахме всичко необходимо и КАФЕ!!!

L’emplacement , proche de tous et accès très facilement par le tram. La gentillesse de l’hôte et sa disponibilité La flexibilité pour partir

Malheureusement pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs sont disponibles. Ça reste quand même chaud. Si cet établissement sera équipé une climatisation ce sera 10/10 pour moi
