Saint-Augustin - Nice Old Town

Super schöne neuwertige Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe haben wir sehr geschätzt, obwohl wir erst nach 21 Uhr angekommen sind. Als besonderes Extra hat Karim uns noch Infos und Tipps über Nizza verraten. Die steile, enge Treppe gibt’s wirklich, aber wir hatten tatsächlich viel Spaß dabei, die Kirchturm-ähnliche Stufen zu erklimmen.

Fantastic apartment - completely deserving of all the positive comments. Such lovely hosts who really took the time to show us around the apartment and highlight lots of lovely things to do. Would highly recommend - spacious, spotless apart ment in a perfect location - 5 mins walk to the sea, a few minutes walk to several tram lines and restaurants immediately outside the apartment.

Met on arrival and received great information on surrounding area. Apartment exceptionality clean with lots of extras, toiletries, wine, coffee, water. Apartment had everything you needed , ironing board iron hairdryer etc. Big TV and excellent Wi-Fi. Great location.

Just be aware of 3 flights of winding steep stairs so unfortunately avoid if poor mobility

Large, central and clean. Karim was very helpful and friendly.

Stairs to flat 3 levels were extremely dangerous, shocking. Would not recommend it to anyone over 60 yrs or with any type of mobility issues. Power tripped all the time if you had more than 2 appliances on. This did drive me mad and we had to go outside to reset many times. We travelled with family so the toilet in the bathroom was not a big issue but if you are 2 couples this would be very inconvenient.
