Flat is really huge, it is at 4th floor with elevator and it is light and in a very good position, 1km far from seaside and 2km far from Place Massena. it was easy to communicate with Roxana during our stay, she is so kind and reliable

unfortunately AC was just installed but doesn't works and we stayed there during the most hottest week of this summer...

The apartment was exceptional ! The rooms are spacious and lighter with all the facilities you need. It is very closed to the city center and promenade. The building is one aristocrated situeted in a residential area, like a palace, the same as the name of the propriety. And the owner is extraordinary, very nice and kind ! She helped us with everything we need :)))

Everything was perfect !

Our stay was absolutely lovely, and I cannot recommend this property enough. The location was perfect; everything we needed was within close proximity, making it very convenient to explore the area. A special mention must go to the host coordinator, who was exceptional. They communicated very well throughout our stay and were incredibly helpful, accommodating all of our requests without hesitation. - Bien situé - deux salles de bains équipées. - apparemment spacieux

- petit frigo inadapté à une famille - petit lave vaisselle qui n'est pas raccordé donc impossibilité de l'utiliser. - manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine : - un seul faitout mais aucune casserole. -une seule poêle, pas suffisant - Pas de mixeur - le lit dans la chambre parentale (celle avec une salle de bain ) est sur un sommier avec des lattes qui manquent et qui grince à chaque mouvement. - table à manger pour 4 alors que la maison se loue pour 6. - table du salon en plastique (table Ikea en plastique pour enfants) - La décoration très bas de gamme, éléments sans aucun rapport.
