About this apartment rental
It is a modern apartment of 90m2, with 4 bedrooms, terrace with sea view and a PRIVATE SPA and 1 barbecue. An original decoration and has been renovated furnished with antique furniture. It can accommodate 6 to 8 people and it is located in the Fabron area of Nice.
Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (and some capsules), toaster and barbecue and air-conditioned.
There are a total of 5 beds in the apartment, 2 bathrooms, all household linen is provided, a cleaning and starter kit (1 roll of toilet paper, etc...)
Flat screen TV, Internet (Wifi). The environment is very quiet and for reasons of good neighbourliness, guests are asked not to party in the apartment.
Located on the heights of Nice, this is a splendid apartment with all the comforts, with its spa and private terrace (Spa available from May to October 31st).

Good if you have a car, otherwise a bit far to get to from the city centre but there is a bus that runs but it ends at 10. The view here is lovely and great to have dinner at and there are great amenities. Thank you so much!
