It is in nice area and modern, renovated. Shop just opposite entrance of the house. Beach is very close. Had most things needed for a short stay. Beach towels was nice touch. Appreciated the check in video.
Size wise probably best for 1 person or max 2 smaller people for a short stay. Elevator old and tiny. No place to dry things after beach. Getting check in information felt chaotic and arrived very last minute, then communication became good and efficient.

Well equipped and perfectly located, close to the Promenade and well connected to the airport and the port. Shops, restaurants in the area.
The apartment is small, therefore was perfect for me alone but also good for a couple.

Расположение апартаментов отличное! В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
Душевая кабина маленькая, не подойдет крупным людям. Слив в душе засорен, требует чистки, так как вода в душе стоит долго, уходит минимум 10 минут. Сразу покупаться после человека не получится, нужно ждать спускания воды. 4 дня из 5 лифт не работал. Наши апартаменты на последнем этаже и спускаться с сумками и багажом было неудобно.

Die Wohnung hatte eine funktionierende Klimaanlage.
Die Wohnung wurde zuvor leider nicht geputzt und war verschmutzt. Auf dem Fußboden stapelten sich Fussel, Staub, Dreck. Auf den Oberflächen war es ähnlich. Das Bett und die Couch hatten Flecken und die Bettwäsche roch sehr muffig/ alt. Zusätzlich waren fremde Haare auf dem Bettzeug.
