Fiquei 6 dias no apartamento, eu e minha filha, é super bem localizado, indico comprar no aeroporto o cartão SUDAzur se for ficar 7 dias, pagamos 52 euros pra cada, e usamos muito para todos os transportes, fica a 2 quadras da estação de metrô Alsace Lorraine. A cama era um sofá que transformava em cama, mas era bem confortável. O apartamento tem tudo que se precisa, não sentimos falta de nada. Super indico. Brigitte nos deu toda orientação pra pegar as chaves (que fica num cofre na rua), mas foi bem fácil e tranquilo.
E ainda fomos recebidas com um agrado especial (vinho e madeleines).❤️
Única coisa que poderia ser melhor eram os travesseiros, no mais estava tudo perfeito!

This comfortable studio is located in the residential area of Nice, in five minutes walking distance from the nearest beach, offering everything you need for the short or longer stay in Nice. The nearest tram station is 200 meters down the street (with the direct connection to the airport or the city center), the nearest supermarket is two streets away (5 minutes walk), and there are lots of restaurants in the area. The air conditioning, although it is a mobile unit struggling to keep the place cool, is the advantage, considering that the summer heats may be really tough, while the AC itself is a rare find in short rental units in Nice. The self check-in is explained in detail, and the owner is very kind and helpful, providing lots of information about the tourist attractions in the area.

Apartments are so comfortable, clean and cozy! Looks like everything was made with love. There is everything what you need on vacation!
Especially thanks to Brigitte! I've never met such hospitable, friendly and helpful owner. Gave us all information about sightseeings, buses, trains. Even sent B-day gift 😊.
