Our second visit to this property so knew exactly what to expect. Perfect location. Easy to get to from the airport. Easy to get into town (2 tramstops away) and easy to get to the central station if you want to travel to other towns (Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, Menton etc.) The appartment had all the facilities you would expect. It is a compact appartment and has a sofa bed, once the bed is unfolded then there isn't a lot of space to move around in, but you get used to it. There is a terrace which is accessed by a small stepladder and you then manouvre yourself through the sliding window. Nice if you want to have breakfast or a meal outside - there is a small table and chairs on the terrace. Carrefour supermarket (where you collect the keys from) is a 3-4 minute walk away and you can buy most food supplies there. And there is a nice Boulangerie across the road from the appartment. The air conditioning unit didn't get as cold as we wanted it to but this is probably down to me not understanding how to use the remote control buttons properly. Excellent communication from Audrey and Riccardo whenever we had any issues (eg not knowing where to take the rubbish bags when full).

The Sofa Bed was really the only think I didn't like. It was comfortable but had trouble unfolding it the first time as there is a technique to doing this. Audrey and Riccardo sent me a video showing how to do this, and from then on it was fine.

Loved the location! Audrey and Riccardo are indeed very helpful and responsive hosts. It is a cozy space for one person or a couple

The sheets seemed unclean under the duvet/blanket. There was a stain on it. The bathroom also had a cockroach near the washing machine. We understand that it is a small space but would suggest regular cleaning so that it remains neat and cozy.

Everything absolutely perfect. Don’t expect a big place but everything is there. Super relaxed and clean. Instructions easy and location perfect. Great shutters for the windows make the room very dark and quiet.
