Studio correspondant totalement aux photos, très proche de la plage, très bonne localisation. Studio propre, bien aménagé. Propriétaire sympathique, disponible. Tout était parfait !

I had a wonderful two-week stay here and honestly would have happily extended it if I could. From the very beginning, Anthony was an incredible host. He was exceptionally kind, highly responsive, and always available whenever I had a question or needed assistance. He personally met me at the apartment to handle check-in, made a point to regularly check in and ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay, and met me again at the end to collect the keys. His hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome. As for the apartment itself, it is fantastic. While it is on the smaller side, the layout is exceptionally well-thought-out. Every square foot is utilised so efficiently that the space never feels cramped; instead, it feels incredibly functional, comfortable, and convenient, even for a longer stay. It truly had everything required for a smooth daily routine. Thank you, Anthony, for making my two weeks here so comfortable and hassle-free! I would absolutely stay here again.

The sea and trams are close. There is everything You may need in the apartment, including a heater (bathroom was quite chilly). Bathroom is rennovated, The owner is friendly and there was no problem with check in even though our plane was delayed several hours.

Sound insulation does not exist - when looking for a place in Nice I've seen this complaint many times in reviews. I've chosen this particular accomodation because of the good reviews. But I was dissapointed. The window is old, so You hear all the cars passing by. Even worse, through the door You hear everything happening on the corridor - like people going out at 6:30 AM. Also, one night I've been woken up by a sound of a washing machine... For some people this may not be a problem, but I really dislike sleeping with ear plugs. The room is really tiny - when You open the sofa it takes around half of the space.
