Maybe the little ‘hill slope to the apartment’ hey it helps to get rid of my intake of calories 😉secondly the hallway needs a little cleaning up. But all is good as the owner n his place is just great n safe surroundings especially I travel alone.

I stayed in this studio for four nights, from January 5 to January 9, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The apartment is cosy, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped — you can feel the care in every detail. The kitchen has everything you might need: great-quality dishes, a coffee machine with a generous supply of capsules, tea, and even drinking water. There is also a washing machine, which was very convenient for a longer stay. The shower is excellent — modern, comfortable, and with great water pressure. Everything in the studio is well organised and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is clear that guests’ comfort truly matters here. The owner, Anthony, is extremely polite, punctual, and responsive. All messages were answered quickly, and communication was smooth and pleasant throughout my stay. The location is another big plus: quiet, convenient, and close to the sea. I felt at home from the very first moment and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

A warm, cosy studio where everything is thoughtfully prepared

The sea and trams are close. There is everything You may need in the apartment, including a heater (bathroom was quite chilly). Bathroom is rennovated, The owner is friendly and there was no problem with check in even though our plane was delayed several hours.

Sound insulation does not exist - when looking for a place in Nice I've seen this complaint many times in reviews. I've chosen this particular accomodation because of the good reviews. But I was dissapointed. The window is old, so You hear all the cars passing by. Even worse, through the door You hear everything happening on the corridor - like people going out at 6:30 AM. Also, one night I've been woken up by a sound of a washing machine... For some people this may not be a problem, but I really dislike sleeping with ear plugs. The room is really tiny - when You open the sofa it takes around half of the space.
