Wonderful new and modern apartments in Nice with south facing terrace in an absolutely quiet location. Only 700 m from the Promenade des Anglais beach.
The new build is in an absolutely quiet cul-de-sac and has 5 almost identical modern apartments with their own south-facing terrace.
This offers the opportunity to travel with friends or family while having your privacy.
Our Elisa 4 studio has everything you need for everyday life on 21 m².
Our studio is very bright, with a fully equipped kitchen and a state-of-the-art bathroom with shower. A double sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) for 2 people, wardrobes and a dining table with chairs. It also has a quiet south-facing terrace. Of course, our studio is equipped with air conditioning, internet (WLan) and electric external blinds.
In the kitchen you have a microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, etc.
Our studio offers enough space for 2 adults + 1 baby/small child. Unfortunately, there is not enough room for 3 adults. For your baby/small child, please bring a travel cot or ask us for one. If available, we will be happy to provide it for you free of charge.
From our studio you can reach the beach on the Promenade des Anglais in 6-7 minutes on foot or by bus (stop 30m away). You will find a bakery 50m away, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a butcher, restaurants etc. 400m away.
Extra costs:
Final cleaning: 50,00 Euro (if desired.)
Linen package 15,00 EUR / person (if desired)
Pet 15,00 € . Pet only on request and please indicate the breed.
As for the final cleaning, we leave it to our guests to choose whether to have it done by our cleaning company (50,00 euros) or rather by themselves. In any case, the final cleaning must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure to guests who wish to do it themselves, provided that the apartment is left in the same condition, i.e. absolutely perfect, as on arrival. (allow about 1.5 hours for this).

Arrival from 14.00 to 18.00 hours (Monday to Saturday). Departure from 08.00 hours. After 18:00 or before 08:00 as well as on Sundays/holidays, we cannot welcome you/say goodbye. (We have a concierge service that will welcome/pick you up between 18:00 and 20:00 for an additional charge of 30.00 euros, between 20:00 and 22:00 for 50.00 euros, for a departure before 08.00 30.00 euros and for arrival and departure on Sunday/public holiday 30.00 euros each). Arrival after 22.00 hours only in exceptional cases 70.00 euros.
Please note that we do not have private parking spaces and it is strictly forbidden to park in front of the house, these spaces are private. You can park in the surrounding streets (some paid and others free).
The client leaves the apartment in a clean and orderly state, even if they have booked the FINAL cleaning.
