Enjoy the peace and comfort of our charming studio for 2 adults + 1 baby/toddler with shared pool and garden just 600m from the 5km from Nice beach.
Our air-conditioned studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residence with a communal pool and garden as well as a gazebo for relaxing, boules and table tennis. Please note that the sun loungers seen in the photos are currently no longer available.
Our studio for 2 people + 1 baby is equipped with everything needed for daily needs.
It has on 21m² a living/dining room with a double sofa bed (2 separate mattresses), an open kitchen and direct access to the balcony with garden view.
Please note that we only accept 2 adults + 1 baby/small child who can sleep in a travel cot. We cannot accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child over 3 years old who needs a bed under any circumstances.
For your baby/small child, please bring a travel cot or ask us if we have one available, which we will make available to you free of charge if available.
In addition, the studio has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
Of course, they are equipped with a TV and internet. Laundry in the residence (for a fee). From July to the end of September, we do not provide duvets/blankets due to the heat. If you need blankets, please let us know in advance.
Swimming pool open from July to September, depending on the weather already in June.
Additional costs:
Final cleaning /EUR 50,00 (if desired)
pets EUR 15,00/pet, (only on prior request and must indicate the breed)
Towels and bed linen package on request 15 euros/person.
Private parking space in the underground garage on request against 10,00 euros/day (to be requested in advance).
As far as the final cleaning is concerned, we leave the choice to our guests to have it done by the cleaning company (50,00 euros) or rather by themselves. In any case, the final cleaning must be paid on arrival and will be reimbursed to guests who wish to do it themselves on the day of departure, provided that the apartment is left in the same condition, i.e. in perfect condition, as on arrival. (allow minimum about 1h30 for this).
Possibility to park for free outside the residence.
The access to the residence and the swimming pool (generally open from July to September) is protected by a digicode, so that only residents have access, so that you, as a guest, can enjoy peace and privacy.
All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is of course allowed on the terrace.
Well-behaved dogs, which do not bark or bite, are also welcome on request. (Dogs must be kept on a leash in the residence).
The residence is located in the west of Nice in the upscale and green district of Fabron, only 400 m from the 5 km beach of the Promenade des Anglais. All shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) are at a distance of 200 to 500 m. A bus stop is practically in front of the residence.
Arrival from 14.00 to 18.00 hours (Monday to Saturday). Departure from 08.00 hours. After 18:00 or before 08:00 as well as on Sundays/public holidays, we cannot welcome you/say goodbye. (We have a concierge service that will welcome/pick you up between 18:00 and 20:00 for an extra charge of 30.00 euros, between 20:00 and 22:00 for 50.00 euros, for a departure before 08.00 30.00 euros and for arrival and departure on Sunday/public holiday 30.00 euros each (during the day)). Arrival after 22:00 only in exceptional cases 70.00 euros.
The client leaves the apartment completely cleaned and clean in the same condition as on arrival if no final cleaning has been booked. If the final cleaning has been booked, the guest leaves the apartment pre-cleaned.
