About this apartment rental
Enjoy the peace and comfort of our charming studio for 2 adults and a baby/child (up to 3 years old) with communal pool and garden just 700 m from Nice beach.
Our charming 21 m² air-conditioned studio apartment is located in a gated community with digicode. Please note that the sun loungers in the photos around the pool no longer exist.
Our apartment is equipped with everything you need for your daily needs.
It has a large living/dining room with a quality double sofa bed, an open kitchen and direct access to the terrace. For your baby/small child, we are happy to provide you with a travel cot.
In addition, it has an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
Of course, it is equipped with TV and Internet. During the months of July to September inclusive, we do not provide blankets or duvets due to the heat. If you need blankets, please let us know before your arrival.
A private parking space in the basement is available on request for an additional fee. (please request this in advance).

Please note that this apartment is exclusively suitable for 2 adults + 1 baby/small child. Please therefore refrain from making requests for 3 adults.
Guests leave the apartment in order and pre-cleaned even if they have booked the FINAL cleaning. If the guest does the final cleaning himself, we wait for the delivery of a perfectly cleaned apartment (a list of tasks to be done is available in the apartment, we advise you to allow at least 1.5 hours for this).
Regarding the final cleaning, we leave it to our guests the choice to have it done by us (50,00 euros) or to do it themselves. In any case, the final cleaning must be paid on arrival and will be refunded to guests who wish to do it themselves on the day of departure, after checking the apartment, if the apartment is left in the same condition as on arrival.
Free parking is available outside the residence.
Access to the residence and the swimming pool (usually open from June to September) is protected by a numerical code, so that only residents have access, so that you, as a guest, can enjoy tranquility and privacy. It is not allowed to bring guests from outside to the pool.
All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is of course allowed on the terrace.
The residence is located in the west of Nice in the green residential area of Fabron. All shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) are within a distance of 200 to 500 m. A bus stop is located practically in front of the residence.
Check-in from 14.00 to 18.00 hours (Monday to Saturday). Check-out from 08.00 hours. After 18:00 or before 08:00 as well as on Sundays/public holidays, we cannot welcome you/say goodbye. (We have a concierge service that will welcome/pick you up between 18:00 and 20:00 for an extra charge of 30.00 euros, between 20:00 and 22:00 for 50.00 euros, for a departure before 08:00 30.00 euros and for arrival and departure on Sunday/public holiday 30.00 euros each). Arrival after 22:00 only in exceptional cases 70.00 euros.
