Probably the best airbnb ever been in.
The place was amazing! Host was very nice and answered fast, apartment was so clean and everything was perfect. Bed was so comfy and made ready for sleeping. There was everything what we needed and even more. Shower accessories, cooking equipments, towels, sheets, coffee, everything. Such a positive surprise! Wifi and tv worked really well and easy. Location was calm and safe and quite near everything. Air condition was amazing. Only positive things to say! Would 100% recommend to everyone.

The host was so helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and homely. Great location as well as being nice and quiet at night. Facilities were brilliant. We had everything we needed to cook at home as well as clean any clothes etc.

The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. 10mins walk from the tram station Magnan (google map suggested to get off at lenval hopital station but don’t trust it, Magnan station is closer). Just a few stops aways from the city centre. There’s an Aldi just few minutes away which is quite convenient. The host is very friendly and fast response. We had problem with the washing machine at the other night and they replied promptly.
Nothing really. The only thing is the bed is a sofa bed. So it maybe not for everyone but we had no problem with that. Comfy enough for a few nights.

Studio très bien situé ,lumineux ,calme , aménagé avec goût par hôte Magali charmante . Très propre !.Tout le nécessaire pour le séjour !: Tout le linge de qualité et produits divers !!.. Idéal pour visiter Nice :situé à 5´ de la promenade Anglais .

Struttura molto curata, pulita e di nuova ristrutturazione. La posizione non è vicinissimo al tram ma comunque non molto lontana.

Forse da cambiare il letto a divano un po’ scomodo ma il Resto dei servizi ottimo ,compreso macchina capsule caffè,friggitrice ad aria ,asciugacapelli,asciugamani e tanto altro ancora , veramente tutto Ciò che uno ha bisogno in casa

El lugar perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones en Niza a buen precio
La ubicación y la limpieza. Tenía todo lo necesario para vivir bien y era muy bonito.
Aunque el sofá cama no estaba mal, yo hubiera puesto dos camas individuales para que sea más cómodo

Parfait je recommande
Appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire (coin cuisine et salle de bain), on s’est senties comme chez nous. Il est situé 8 min de la plage donc parfait. Sachiez qu’il y a un peu de bruit la nuit car l’appartement donne sur la rue, dans le cas où vous êtes sensibles au bruit.
