It was close to the beach and the tram to airport.

The appartement is located far from the city center (around 40 minutes). The arrangement of furniture and dishes was very illogical, we really struggled during our stay. The door to the building looks like it might break with a stronger push, that made us feel a little bit unsafe. The dishes were a bit dirty and sticky, so we had to wash all of them before using. Also, we only had 1 fork, which is weird for an apartement for 2 people. And also there was no pot lids, which made cooking much longer and unpleasant. The deep freezer was full of ice, so I couldn't put anything in it. Once I had cold water in the shower, even after waiting an hour for the hot one. We also had problems with the moon lamp - it was changing the intensity while we were moving, which was very annoying. We didn't have enough toilet paper (only 1 for 4 days!), after texting the owner we had to wait few hours to finally get it. There was no washbasin, so we had to wash our teeth and faces in the kitchen sink, which was very uncomfortable. The towels were smelly and musty. The air conditioning was badly located (above the cabinet), so the hot air was getting to us after few hours, because it stayed at the ceiling. The bed was uncomfortable and made our backs hurt. The contact with the owner wasn't easy, he completely ignored one of my questions.

Terrible accomodation!

It was the worst accommodation ever. We couldn't find the address. Main door was like a hobbit door. We had arrived at night and there were no lights in the street, very hard to find the apartment. A woman near the apartment was negotiating with a man. It was not a safe place at all. The photos on booking.com didn't reflect reality. I add the real photos. Apartment was dirty and very old. There is no sink in the bathroom. After using the toilet, you have to wash your hands in the kitchen sink. It was not hygienic at all. There is no bed, it was sofa bed. The room was very small, we have 2 luggages and you cannot open both at the same time. In short, I definitely do not recommend it.

The location is good but it is overpriced for what is offered. The staff was nice.

Extremely small (quite tricky to move around), uncomfortable bed (it is a sofa-bed and not an actual bed). The towels smelt like humidity and not sure about bedsheets. There was no sink in the bathroom which I found it quite strange to clean hands and teeth in the sink of the kitchen

Great accommodation for a couple

We had a great stay, highly recommended for anybody who wants to visit Nice! Very close to the beach and big supermarket. Tram station is almost in front of the accommodation. The place is quite small as it mentioned, but it had everything you will need for your stay. Kitchen, toilet and bathroom look nice and new, also well maintained. We will definitely come back if we visit Nice again! Thank you so much

A 2 pas de la mer

J’ai adoré le bien-être de mes nuits, alors que j’ai des difficultés à m’endormir, j’ai dormi comme un bébé dans ce logement, je me suis sentie très bien ! J’ai aimé la proximité des commerces et parkings, ainsi que la vue sur l’ Avenue de la Californie. J’ai apprécié la modernité du wifi et de la télévision.

Je n’ai pas apprécié le manque d’informations pour l’utilisation des équipements. Pour avoir de la lumière sur le plan de travail, il faut tirer une partie de la hotte comme un tiroir, je ne trouvais pas comment faire. La puissance du chauffage est limité, alors quand on arrive en hiver et que le logement était vacant avant, on met un moment avant de se sentir à l’aise.

Superou as expectativas

Absolutamente tudo nesta hospedagem me agradou. Do espaço, as comodidades oferecidas no quarto, o banheiro, a organização, a limpeza, a localização. Fiquei muito surpreso ao adentrar no quarto, superou a muito minhas expectativas.

O único ponto que posso definir como não satisfatório é que não há fachada te indicando que lá é mesmo o lugar, voce tem que acreditar no endereço cadastrado e a "porta de Hobbit" para entrada é, digamos, curiosa. Mas nada que estrague a experiencia de se hospedar neste estabelecimento.

Espacio muy pequeño, no tan limpio como debería de estar, pelos y polvo por todos los lados, lo cual no debería de ocurrir ya que se paga 45€ por la limpieza de dos noches. La ducha perdía agua, la insonorización es muy baja, ruido de tráfico a todas horas. La puerta de la calle muchas veces está abierta, seguridad nula.

Rekommenderas varmt om man vill ha ett bekvämt boende nära både stad och strand.

Lägenheten är perfekt belägen – metron ligger precis utanför dörren och stranden är bara några steg bort. Området är fullt av trevliga restauranger, mataffärer, apotek och barer, så allt man behöver finns nära till hands. Det är enkelt och snabbt att ta sig in till stadskärnan med tunnelbanan, som dessutom är både billig och fungerade helt utan problem under hela vår vistelse. När vi kom låg sängkläder, handdukar samt tvål och schampo fint framlagda. Lägenheten var fräsch och välstädad. Vi visste redan innan att den var liten, vilket inte störde oss alls – det viktigaste för oss var läget och priset, och där levererade det verkligen. Vi var två personer och trivdes mycket bra. Lägenheten är liten så värdera först om storlek på lägenheten är viktig för dig innan du bokar.

Läget var centralt, nära till strandpromenaden och man kunde ta tvärbanan i 15 minuter för att komma till själva centrumet i nice

Extremt litet, knappt att man kunde lägga ut sin väska. Det värsta var dock handukarna och lakanen som luktade fruktansvärt äckligt, det var till den nivån att vi gick och köpte nya. Sen var det inte helt städat heller, exempelvis var det hårstrån på väggarna i duschen när vi kom dit. Adressen var även fel, vi fick upp två olika adresser, den som står på booking är helt fel, det står rätt gata men fel nummer, därför behövde vi gå i 30 minuter med våra resväskor för att komma fram , det är extremt otydligt vart de ligger då det bara är en svart dörr på en byggnad, det står ingen skylt eller liknande. Oklart hur man checkar in och vad det är för kod till dörranra. Vi försökte ringa boendet 5 gånger innan dom svarade. Ytterporten gick inte heller att låsa utifrån utan bara från insidan så ofta stod den helt öppet när man kom vilket inte kändes så säkert. Sen fanns det inte heller någon hiss så man behövde släpa upp sina väskor för flera höga trappsteg.

saleté des pigeons aux fenêtres, l'adresse incorrecte, l'intermédiaire qui réponds au téléphone de manière aléatoire, pas de lavabo, pas de table ni de chaises pour déjeuner,la tv qui ne capte pas la tnt, la porte d'entréee délabrée et peu sécurisée, et bien sûr l'espace hyper restreint dans l 'appartement ( environ 12 m²)

Das Zimmer ist so klein, dass man nicht von einer Ferienwohnung reden kann. Daher finde ich den Preis zu hoch. Die Toilette ist nur durch eine Schiebetür und 50cm vom Kopfende des Bettes entfernt. Kein persönlicher Kontakt, man bekommt wenig Infos und um 16 Uhr ein Dokument zugeschickt, wo die Codes zum öffnen der Toren ab 17 Uhr drin sind.
