Popis ubytování odpovídá realitě, vybavení bylo moderní, vše potřebné bylo na místě. Komunikace s pronajímatelem byla snadná pomocí mobilního telefonu. Z ubytování byl kousek na univerzitu, tramvaj byla v docházkové vzdálenosti cca 250 m. Stejně tak byly blízko i restaurace a obchody s potravinami.
Nemám nic k uvedení, co by se mi nelíbilo.

Nagyon jól felszerelt, tiszta appartman. A szállás a reptérről villamossal könnyen és gyorsan megközelíthető, a villamos megálló pár méterre van a szállástól. Szintén jól megközelíthető villamossal a belváros és a vonat állomás is (ha Monte Carlo-ba vagy éppen Cannes-ba szeretne valaki menni). A tengerpart szintén nagyon közel van, de van a közelben egy jó bolt is (Intermarche). Ár érték arányban nagyon jó, szívesen visszamegyünk ide, ha újra Nizzába utazunk.

Er was geen kurkentrekker die zou nog gebracht worden. Helaas niet gebeurd. In de omschrijving staat "appartement met 1 slaapkamer" Maar er was GEEN slaapkamer. Er stond een groot zwaar 2 persoons uitklapbed tegen de muur. Iedere avond en morgen met veel moeite opklappen ! Had in de omschrijving moeten staan !
