Even though the accommodation is small, it feels very cosy and welcoming. It had everything you need, although there are a few things I think the host could improve on they aren't worth mentioning.
Owner was super nice, very friendly and helpful. Keys were easy to find and best of all the location was excellent and very convenient.

Really good value of money. cheaper choice in Nice. I would recommend put a paper behind the door with few instructions and WiFi password which is more easy to find. We arrive late at night super tired and just want to take rest. Owner is nice

Good value for money, bed was comfortable, ac was good. Towels provided,tap water was cold and good. It was very spacious for two and perfect for one night.
The apartment is above a terrace so during the day cigarette smoke enters the room throughout the day, impossible to avoid it because it’s so hot and windows have to kept open and ac on. There was nothing to hold hot pots with.

Le contact avec l’hôte est très facile pour l’arrive dans le bâtiment. C’est propre et parfait pour passer une nuit. L’hôte est extrêmement gentille et serviable.
Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, la Clim ne fonctionne pas très bien. La toilette est extrêmement petite, il faut garder la porte ouverte. Il y a du vis à vis depuis la toilette et la douche donc j’ai gardé le volet fermé tout le long du séjour.
