Le studio est pratique et abordable, niveau rapport qualité prix à Nice on ne peut pas faire mieux. Il y a eu quelques améliorations par rapport aux photos de l'annonce avec le parquet. De plus ce logement est idéalement bien situé dans le centre aussi bien que pour la gare et le tram.

I liked the location. It was great. And everything that was needed was available there. Though it was downstairs in basement the space outside was nice made the air flow nicely and didn’t make it feel like basement.
I was quite dissatisfied with the cleanliness. The bedsheets , pillow cover and blankets were dirty. Like it was not washed and has been there for a while don’t know how many people has slept there before.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement, très pratique pour visiter Nice à deux à un prix très correct. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme aux photos.
La communication était facile.

The location was good and the host was responsive.
The bath towels were wet and dirty (no face towel or other type). The trash bins were full of garbage, so was the coffee machine. Lack of light bulbs, including the main one in the room. We told the host about these the second we arrived and she was very responsive, she apologized, telling us someone will come and bring other towels. Nobody came.
Oh, and the pictures here are not recent.
