Emplacement. Terrasse. Rue calme.
Pas de TV. Les couverts sous l'évier. Le sol ( linoléum) abîmé. Équipement réduit.

1階コンシェルジュのルシアに会わなければ、このマンションに泊まることはできなかったと思います。例えば部屋の場所、メールアドレスの確認、Wi-Fiアクセスの機器が不備なこと等、ルシアは困っている私に寄り添っていろんなことをフォローしてくれました。ルシアに感謝あるのみです。
できることなら、ルシアが彼とプライベート契約を結び、鍵の受け渡しと入室ができるまでのフォローをしてくれれば、もっと簡単に時短で入室できると思います。その分利用者はリラックスする時間が増えて楽しいニースの旅になると思います。
1階コンシェルジュのルシアに会わなければこのマンションに泊まることはできなかったと思います。なぜなら鍵はマンションから3 4分離れたコンビニエンスストアで受け取りマンションの入り口まで行きます。しかしどうやって入ればいいのかわかりません。彼とWhatsAppで連絡しながらエントランスのドアーを開けようとしたのですが、黒いバッチをつけてと表示がありましたが、どこにつけるのか分かりません。要はエントランスに入るためのドアキーに変わるようなものでした。こういう時は写メを送ってくださると即理解できたと思うのですが、要は鍵の受け渡しから入室までのプロセスをビデオで送ってくださると簡単に理解できたと思いました。部屋に入ってWi-Fiを自分のタブレットに繋げようとしてもつながりませんでした。なぜなら、彼から指定されたメールアドレスが間違っていました。またその後Wi-Fiの作動がうまくいかなく彼の母が出動。彼の母とWi-Fiの会社と話でやりとりでようやくつながった状態でした。ドアのところに南号室や名称が全くありません。せめてドアのところに宿泊者が簡単にわかる暗証番号か名称を書いて欲しかった。
