La terrazza fantastica abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione lì e si stava davvero bene. Le cialde del caffè erano davvero una chicca. Piccolino ma confortevole e dotato di tutto. Ottimo davvero.

This was the best and most comfortable apartment I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect — almost in the city center. The train station, promenade, and tram stop (with a direct connection to the airport) are all nearby. The port is also within walking distance, where you can take a bus to Eze. Everything is easily accessible on foot.
The apartment has absolutely everything you might need — it truly feels like home. Every detail is well thought out, and honestly, there is nothing to complain about. It’s a perfect place both for a short stay and for a longer, relaxing vacation.
Many thanks to the host for the care and effort put into making guests feel comfortable. I would definitely love to come back again!

good location.
the garden door couldn't be locked. the apartment is situated on the ground floor, but we couldn't lock it when visiting the city or sleeping, which caused a lot of stress. the owner knew the problem and advice to stay calm that is safe..... no anti-mosquitos at the garden door.
