I loved how it was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, like bodywash, cleaning products, coffee machine etc and especially the orange juice and water for when we arrived as we came late so didn't have to go finding a shop.

Nothing, I liked everything.

The location is ideal when arriving at the airport, just catch the tram followed by short walk. Nice has a very comprehensive public transport network, all within easy walking distance of the apartment. The owner was in always available to answer any question or queries. This apartment has a very serious problem with mice running around in the ceiling, which kept us from getting proper rest at night because they were making a lot of noise. After two nights, we asked the landlady to move us to another apartment, but she didn’t have that option available. For the last two nights, we slept in the living room on the couch, just to be further away from the noise made by the mice during the night. She said it was the first time she had ever heard of this problem, and I tend to believe her, since I don’t think she would knowingly rent out the apartment in such conditions. We also disliked very much the smell in the fridge—it smelled like rotten fish. We didn’t even use it, because the smell was terrible. The freezer was also very dirty, I won’t go into detail about what we found there. I showed it to the landlady and she admitted that she hadn’t checked it beforehand, which really isn’t acceptable when renting out an apartment. There were also cobwebs and a few other minor issues.
