Sehr gut gelegen, nahe Straßenbahn und Strand. Schöner, authentischer Altbau. Großzügige, renovierte und klimatisierte Wohnung mit sehr viel Stauraum, bester Ausstattung und schönem Ausblick. Und das für uns größte Plus: Sauberkeit!!! Eine wirkliche Rarität in Nizza!
Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten ... ;-)

Beautiful apartment, great location
The apartment itself is beautiful, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, getting a good night’s sleep here is nearly impossible.
The walls are incredibly thin - you can even hear the person in the neighboring apartment snoring! The upstairs neighbors seem to be awake until 3-4am every single night; every footstep and movement can be heard CLEARLY.
On top of that, outside noise carries into the apartment as well.
If you’re a very heavy sleeper, this may not be an issue. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, as the noise levels make it difficult to rest and enjoy your stay.
Shower drain had a bad smell.
