A clean and modern apartment with responsive communication, but with a few maintenance issues that could be improved

・The apartment felt new. ・AC, Fridge, Shower, Wi-fi, coffee machine, and TV all worked well. ・The owner responded to messages quickly.

・There were many flies… when I picked up a seasoning, several flew off of it… ・There was no door in the shower. (It got used to it eventually, but it was inconvenient at first.) ・The hallway had a bad smell ( I don't know what smells.) ・The toilet flush button cover was broken, so flushing required a bit of a trick. ・The key to the apartment door was very stiff, and it took some effort to open. ・There were only two rolls of toilet paper provided. Even though we stayed for 7 days.

Overall we had a very lovely stay!

A lovely addition have air con during a very hot June! The response to messages was very quick which was great. The flat’s decor was clean, neutral and a lovely blend of modern and the stone was beautiful. Patisserie right next door which is open very late and has some lovely treats!

Arrived and two wine glasses had cracks in. Luckily we noticed and avoided them for the rest of the stay. No bin bags or cleaning spray left to help keep the apartment clean. There is no where to hang wet towels apart from over the clothes rails. I left the shower soaking wet and went to the rail to get my towel and slipped on the very hard floor which could have been so easily avoided with a hook. Where you collect your keys is a 10 minute walk away which isn’t ideal after a flight. It is very nearly an absolutely fantastic apartment if a few little details are considered ☺️

Ідеальне місцерозташування. Дуже поруч пляж, carrefour, Lidl та парк. Прямо біля входу в апартаменти гарна булочна зі смачною випічкою та багетами. Гарний інтернет, добре працювали кондиціонери.

Бронювали помешкання в день заїзду. Бронювання було підтверджене та було сплачено майже 900 євро за 5 діб перебування. Після цього отримуємо повідомлення від господарів, що помешкання не готове та вони чекають нас на наступний день. Пишу, що це мені не підходить, анулюйте бронювання та поверніть кошти, якщо сьогодні не можете нас прийняти - від помешкання жодної реакції. Тільки після мого звернення на гарячу лінію Booking від помешкання прийшла інструкція як отримати ключи від апартаментів. Ми розуміли, що при заселенні в апартаментах не буде чисто, але наступного дня в апартаментах прибрали. В апартаментах взагалі відсутня шафа для речей гостей. В ванній кімнаті не має жодного місця, щоб повісити рушник. Пральна машинка знаходиться на внутрішньому дворі будинку в окремому приміщенні, про що здогадались лише по додатковому ключі на звʼязці ключів від апартаментів. При цьому пральна машина виявилась не робочою. Господарі казали, що «завтра» її полагодять, але за 5 днів ніхто так і не прийшов. До речі на внутрішньому дворі стояли сміттєві баки всього будинки, тому двері/вікно весь час у нас були зачинені. Другий поверх апартаментів дуже низький - висотою біля 1 метра.
