Great location. Close to beach, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Very good communication pre and during stay with owners and had been spotless cleaned. Had air con and a washing machine.
Property was a little smaller than we thought but very comfortable for a couple. The fit out was a little old but very functional.

Notre hôte, très pro, disponible (Toujours par message) La petite terrasse devant L'équipement L'emplacement (promenade des anglais) 15-30 minutes du centre
Vue la configuration Manque un peu de luminosité Pour 4 pers, idéalement une pièce de plus, mais literie top, aussi dans le salon

Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. Emplacement au top. Très jolie décoration. Calme assuré. Literie confortable.
Si on doit trouver un défaut, je dirai que l'appartement manque un peu de luminosité mais c'est normal pour un rdc et à Nice on vit dehors!
