The apartment was very clean and it is at a great location.

The apartment itself is a 10 on every measure, and it has gorgeous views from the balconies. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go with ease and pleasure. If you don't mind getting the access info by email at the last minute and hunting for the keys using a video, I would recommend it 100%

The owner's complete lack of helpfulness re: apartment entry. I had specifically requested that I be sent the necessary info 2 days before our reservation when I would still have Internet access in our hotel. I renewed this request several times, because my devices do not have wifi unless signed in to one. Finally, I was told someone would be there to meet me. The day of arrival, it was, no one will be there, the key is out front of the building door. The kindness of strangers was the only way we got in, because the phone number provided for the owner on Booking was out of service. A realty office down the street was generous enough to help me find the key by the building door (tucked above a garbage can) and allowed me to use their wifi to get access to the apartment entry info. I'm a frequent vacation-home renter, and I have never had such inconsiderate treatment. It began our stay in Nice with stress and dismay - so avoidable if common courtesy had been given.
