Luxurious 2 Bedrooms Apartment, 30 meter from beach

The location of this property was just fantastic. A stone’s throw from the beach, right in the centre of everything, yet quiet and secluded. It is comfortable, clean and perfect for exploring the local areas. Nico was a great host who was super helpful and even suggested places to visit and eat.

It didn’t bother us, but one thing to note is that the only toilet is located off one of the bedrooms.

Although the building itself is a bit unassuming and dated, the apartment was spacious, extremely clean, modern, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. It's a walkable distance from the nearest tram (that takes you to the airport and the old city) and is a short walk to the train station. The check-in was smooth despite us arriving quite late, thanks to the host being responsive and quite detailed with his instructions. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots and pans, and even some pantry items. There was a washer/dryer combo machine with detergent pods provided. Both bathrooms had hand wash, shampoo and conditioner; the master even had formula for the tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Nice.

The elevators are quirkily small but manageable.

Super apartment. Very clean and convenient for all of the city. We had a wonderful time. We did not want to leave!
