Beautiful spacious air-conditioned apartment, completely refurbished in perfect location to visit Nice and explore the Cote d'Azur.
3 minutes walk to beach and the Promenade des Anglais. Close to centre-5 minutes away by bus or a short walk from the main shopping areas and the old-town. Sea view from the terrace. The apartment is on the 5th floor serviced with an elevator.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The property was spacious and clean. It was well located. It is approximately a 25 minute walk to the old town. The view from the balcony was great.

Ideal location and super spacious… communication for the check-in was difficult with the person on site…even months in advance (via WhatsApp) but the owner was reassuring. cleanliness could have been a little bit better (looks like we were using - friend’s house for the weekend - not deeply cleaned prior to our arrival)… we still had a good time

Larger apartment with view of the water from the balcony. Some things need a little updating (a clean tablecloth for the dining table...) but was generally sufficient. Great bathroom and good air conditioning units but no air in building hallway or elevators. New bathroom too. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a definite plus.
